Description
This unit exposes students to the ideas in natural rights philosphy and does an deep analysis of the Declaration of Independence. It is designed to be done in a variety of settings: Distance Learning, Hybrid, or In-Person. Students will apply their learning by writing a Teenage Declaration of Independence and by finding evidence of natural rights philosophy in MLK's "I Have a Dream Speech". The unit is designed to take up to three weeks to complete.
