Designed for 4th and 5th graders, students look at a single battle in the American Revolution and analyze it for :

the cause and effect of the event.

3 key details that everyone should know

Where on a map did this event happen

How did the weather, or terrain factor in (if at all)?

What were the casualties (deaths) on either side?
Students can then present their information in a variety of different ways in hopes that the class can jigsaw the events together.
